We are a cultural organisation dedicated to unlocking opportunities for emerging creatives and Black-led businesses across Europe and Africa. Through transformative programmes, strategic partnerships, and industry-spanning collaborations, we drive impact that is inclusive, innovative, and built to last.
Emerging Creatives Initiatives
We have delivered over 100 programmes across the UK and Africa, directly supporting more than 15,000 emerging creatives through showcases, workshops, and career development initiatives.
Our work connects underrepresented talent with senior industry professionals and meaningful career pathways, providing curated access to grants, mentorship, industry insight, and live opportunities that move careers forward.
In partnership with leading institutions including Tate, Saatchi Gallery, and the Victoria and Albert Museum, we create environments where emerging creatives can learn, grow, and launch with confidence.
Every programme is designed to bridge the gap between raw potential and real world impact, ensuring that talent not only gains visibility but is equipped to lead and thrive over the long term.

Black-Owned Business Initiatives
We champion Black-led businesses by turning visibility into tangible commercial value.
Through more than 15 enterprise initiatives, we have supported over 2,500 founders with access to funding, retail spaces, market readiness programmes, and global brand collaborations that open doors to sustainable growth.
We made history by launching London's first Black-owned concept store in the West End, partnering with Shopify, Vista, Shaftesbury, and the Mayor of London to bring Black brands to high streets across multiple UK cities.
Programmes including Black In Carnaby, Run Gala, and The Colour Circle connect African and diaspora-led businesses to international marketplaces including Anthropologie and Sephora UK, creating structured pathways for long-term commercial growth and market sustainability.
African and Diaspora Initiatives
Rooted in the lived experience of our British-Ghanaian founder Kojo Marfo, our Africa-focused work is driven by a single conviction: that the continent's creative and entrepreneurial power is not emerging. It has always been a global force.
We act as a conduit, connecting African talent and businesses to international opportunities while amplifying the continent's cultural and economic influence on the world stage.
Our on-the-ground programmes strengthen local ecosystems and link them to global platforms. Through strategic partnerships with organisations and state agencies including the British Council, the British High Commission, and Cannes Lions, we deliver consultation, advisory, and programme development that scales trade, accelerates creative economies, and extends cultural impact across Africa and beyond.
