We are excited to announce that our programme, The Black Business Incubator, is now accepting applications for Cohort 4.

The Black Business Incubator, developed with Mentor Black Business and sponsored by Morgan Stanley, aims to support Black founders of early-stage businesses that have an impactful creative idea that embraces innovation, pushes boundaries, and uses new ways of thinking. The hybrid (in-person and virtual) programme provides participants with monthly expert-led masterclasses, mentorship from industry specialists, free access to a co-working space, as well as a variety of community events. This is because we believe entrepreneurial success relies on being part of a supportive and inclusive creative community.

The deadline to apply is 6pm on Fri 28th April.

For this cohort we have allocated a number of places specifically for applicants that have Fashion-related businesses, such as e-commerce and Fashion PR. Please note, we unfortunately cannot accommodate those that are interested in making garments in the space. This is in celebration of Somerset House’s major autumn exhibition, The Missing Thread. The exhibition, also sponsored by Morgan Stanley, explores the story of Black British fashion.

Please do share this opportunity with your community or anyone you think this would be beneficial to.
