Requirements

  • Event Production – 6+ years’ experience in international event production. Please note this role requires extensive event production skills and experience, this is not an event curation/programming role
  • Budget Management – solid understanding of budget creation, cost control and expense reporting
  • Communication – excellent verbal & written communication skills is a must, with the ability to produce event decks & reports essential
  • Project/Programme Management – experienced in managing multiple projects and people simultaneously
  • Organisation & Attention to Detail – the role requires a fast learner with strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, who is deadline-driven
  • Health & Safety – a good understanding of Health & Safety requirements to produce events is essential
  • Team Management – an experience of successfully managing & developing a team is required
  • Hospitality/F&B experience – experience working with chefs, caterers, drinks suppliers, FOH staff is a bonus
  • Global experience – experience producing events in multiple regions (UK, Europe) is a bonus
  • Network – must have an excellent black book of talent, venues, producers, agencies and supplier contacts
  • Microsoft Office – daily use of the Microsoft Office Suite, and other systems
